Simply the Best Beach House is located on 125 feet of private and pristine oceanfront property on Sechelt Inlet. The 2500 square foot, west-facing beach house has been architecturally designed to capture spectacular, post card ocean views and sunsets from every room.

Architecturally Designed Interior

The warm and welcoming interior features vaulted cedar ceilings supported by magnificent west coast Douglas fir beams. A collection of hand-woven rugs, copper pots and unique items from the Middle East and Turkey reflect the international travels of the owners.

Rates

WINTER/SPRING: January 10 - June 15 - $250/nt
SUMMER/FALL: June 16 - September 15 - $350 /nt

* Minimum 5 night stay during summer season *

NOTE: Rates based on double occupancy. Additional person $25 per person per day.
Maximum of 4 persons.

Policies

• Payment Methods include: Paypal or Interac e transfer.
• Reservations required: view availability calendar and either email, text or call us.
• Simply the Best Beach House is an adult oriented vacation rental property. Children welcome, not suitable for toddlers. Property is rugged and children should not be on grounds or waterfront without adult supervision.
• The Beach House and property are non-smoking.
• Please note, our check-in is after 3 pm, check-out 11am. As our cleaning arrangements are structured around these times, please confirm beforehand if you wish to make an early or later arrangement.
• Small pets only: please contact us to discuss pet friendly options
• Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay.
  

Additional housekeeping charges will apply at $40 per hour if:

• House Furniture is moved from its location.
• Art and décor is moved from its location.
• Linen is left outdoors, dry-cleaning charges will apply.

Kitchen: general housekeeping duties are expected and include:

• Pots and pans washed and sterilized.
• No dirty dishes or food left around house and on countertops.
• Stove top is washed and cleaned of baked on food.
• Garbage is in bin provided.
• No garbage is to be left on decks or patios.

Cancellation Policy

• Because we only have one home our cancellation policy is 14 Days Advance Notice, so please call at least two weeks ahead of the date of your stay if you are unable to keep your reservation. A cancellation is disappointing for both the guests who have decided to cancel and for ourselves. More than likely, because we only have one home, we have turned away other guests who would have reserved for your dates.
• There is a $25 administration fee when cancelling, or for a reduction in nights booked, if 14-days notice is given.
• For less than 14-days, the charge is 50% of the booked rate; or the full amount for less than 48 hours notice.
• We recommend you consider traveler's insurance to protect your vacation.
